Although Emu Fade Studio is based in Canada, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our visitors and customers, including those from the European Economic Area (EEA).

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

- Contract: When processing is necessary for a contract we have with you or to take steps at your request before entering a contract

Data Transfers
As we are located in Canada, personal data collected from EEA visitors may be transferred to and processed in Canada. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, which means that your personal data receives similar protection as it would in the EEA.
Data Protection Officer
Given the nature and scale of our data processing, we have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer. However, we are committed to responding to all data protection inquiries promptly and thoroughly.

To exercise any of your rights under GDPR, please contact us using the details below. We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases or if we receive many requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months, in which case we will notify you.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data or your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
